Prenatal Support Packages
Essentials Prenatal — $450
2 prenatal visits (90–120 minutes each)

Hands-on comfort measure coaching and partner coaching
Creation of a detailed birth plan and contingency plans
Unlimited support calls/texts and arrival-on-call from 38 weeks
Birth (Labor) Support Packages
Standard Birth Doula — $1,050
Continuous in-person labor support from active labor through 2 hours postpartum
Comfort measures, emotional support, advocacy, and position suggestions
Assistance with immediate breastfeeding latch and newborn care basics
One postpartum check-in visit (60 minutes)
Enhanced Birth Doula — $1,450
On-call coverage starting at 38 weeks
Continuous in-person labor support from active labor through 4 hours postpartum
Partner coaching, use of comfort tools, and hands-on positioning
Phone support if labor starts when doula is unavailable; backup doula included
Two postpartum check-in visits (60–90 minutes each)
Private Lead Doula — $1,900
Priority on-call beginning at 37 weeks
Continuous support from early labor (labour at home) through 6 hours postpartum
Extensive partner education and guided coping plans
Direct coordination with care team and birth plan advocacy
Three postpartum visits (up to 90 minutes each), including breastfeeding/lactation bridging support
Postpartum Support Packages
New Parent Starter — $350
Two in-home visits (2 hours each) during first 2 weeks
Basic newborn care assistance, feeding support, and parent rest planning
Resources for sleep and soothing techniques
Email follow-up support for two weeks
Recovery & Rhythm — $850
Six in-home visits (2–3 hours each) over first 8 weeks
Hands-on newborn care, infant feeding support (breast/chest/bottle), and lactation resource referral
Light household support (meal prep, laundry, dishes—up to 30 minutes per visit)
Sleep/feeding routine planning and mental health check-ins
Unlimited email/text support for 8 weeks
Full Postpartum Doula (40 Days) — $2,600
Up to 40 hours in-home support over the first 4–6 weeks (scheduled as preferred: daily, alternate days, or clustered)
Comprehensive newborn care, breastfeeding/lactation support, family education, infant soothing, and pumping support
Substantial household assistance (meal prep, laundry, errands—within reason)
Emotional support and screening for perinatal mood disorders with resource referrals
Ongoing text/email support for 6 weeks
Add-ons & Extras (can be added to any package)
Extra prenatal visit — $125/visit
Additional postpartum hour — $45/hour
Overnight support (10 pm–7 am) — $40/hour (minimum 8 hours)
Lactation consult by IBCLC referral — pricing varies (doula assists with coordination)
Sibling care during visits — $20/hour
Booking & Policies
Retainer: 30% non-refundable retainer required to reserve dates; remainder due by 36 weeks for birth doula services and prior to first postpartum visit for postpartum packages.
Travel beyond listed counties: mileage fees apply.
Cancellations/rescheduling: flexible—contact as soon as possible to adjust; specific terms outlined in client agreement.
