Hello — I'm so glad our paths have crossed.
My name is Donna, and I’m a full-spectrum doula proudly serving families across East York, Lancaster, Lebanon, and West Chester Counties. I support people through pregnancy, birth, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, abortion, adoption, and the postpartum period with compassionate, evidence-informed care tailored to each person’s needs and values.
A little about me: I am a mother of ten children. That experience has given me deep, practical knowledge of the rhythms of newborn care, sibling dynamics, household adjustments, breastfeeding and feeding challenges, sleep transitions, and the emotional highs and lows that follow bringing new life into a home. I draw on those years—not as one-size-fits-all advice—but as a reservoir of real-world solutions, empathy, and resilience to share with the families I serve.
I also host a weekly podcast, Postpartum Talks, where I speak about postpartum realities—mental health, recovery, lactation, partner support, sleep, returning to work, and grief or loss. My goal with the podcast is to normalize the messy, beautiful, and sometimes painful parts of the postpartum period and to share actionable ideas that help families thrive.
If you’re interested in learning more, scheduling a meet-and-greet, or discussing a care plan, I’d love to connect. My approach is warm, straightforward, and centered on your needs—no judgments, just steady support.
Wishing you gentle days and steady breath,
Donna
